IT project manager
Job description:
- Ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality according to approved schedules and functional specifications.
- Managing the project in all phases of its life cycle from an organizational, conceptual, and communication perspective with the customer and other involved parties.
- Independent and creative execution of assigned tasks and activities related to the job description, following established procedures, internal guidelines, and regulations related to work performance.
- Completing and delivering tasks with quality and on time.
- Responsible for ensuring the technical and factual integrity of each project stage.
- Managing comprehensive communication with the customer.
- Solving project-related issues.
- Preparing project documentation in accordance with project management methodology.
- Monitoring and controlling the fulfillment of the project schedule.
- Monitoring current and future customer needs.
- Cooperating with representatives of involved parties to create and maintain good supplier–customer relationships.
- Coordinating activities performed by project team members in project execution.
- Monitoring project implementation status and coordinating activities.
- Regularly informing the head of the program office and the program manager about the project status.
- Participating in the preparation of company project plans.
- Processing records from periodic project evaluations.
- Performing other tasks as instructed by the program manager, the head of the program office, and in accordance with project management methodology and assignments.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the position. Experience in the IT sector is an advantage
- Driving license, category B

Salary conditions (gross): from 2,000 EUR/month + 30% quarterly (KPI after the probation period) depending on the candidate’s experience.
