• providing information about our services, products, news, and events through direct marketing (hereinafter referred to as the "purpose").

1.2 The controller hereby informs the data subject that it is interested in processing the data subject's personal data for the purpose specified in point 1.1 of this consent to the extent of:

1.1. First and last name,
1.2. E-mail,
1.3. Contact telephone number,
1.4. Other personal data provided as a message to the controlle.

1.3 The controller hereby informs the data subject that they have the right to withdraw this consent to the processing of their personal data at any time by sending an email to info@gamo.sk or in writing to the address of the controller's registered office.

Article 2 | CONSENT

2.1 The data subject acknowledges the controller's statements in points 1.1 to 1.2 of this consent and, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, the data subject consents to the processing of their personal data:

2.1.1 for the purpose specified in point 1.1 of this consent, and
2.1.2 to the extent specified in point 1.2 of this consent.

2.2 The data subject confirms that, prior to giving this consent, they were informed of their right to withdraw this consent at any time in accordance with point 1.3 of this consent.
