    RECEPTIONIST
     

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Operation of the reception desk and care for company visitors
    • Processing incoming and outgoing mail, including related monthly administration
    • Reservation of meeting rooms and supervision of their usage
    • Ensuring orders of supplies (water, coffee, office supplies, etc.)
    • Summarization of office supply purchases
    • Performing administrative tasks (e.g. preparation and processing of project reports, scanning contracts, working with documentation)
    • Procurement of purchases (fruit for employees, refreshments for visitors, inventory and kitchenette equipment)
    • Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the kitchenette and meeting rooms
    • Care of flowers at the reception area and in the General Director’s office
    • Comprehensive vehicle fleet administration – ensuring and coordinating all obligations related to company vehicles
    • Dispatcher responsibilities for assigned company vehicles
    • Substitution for the Management Assistant during their absence
    • Cooperation in the preparation and implementation of company events
    • Participation in environmental activities (e.g. tree planting) and team development activities

    Job description:
     
    GitLab & CI/CD ecosystem administration
    • Automation: Creating and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment.
    • Java & Angular lifecycle: Setting up build processes (Maven/Gradle for Java, npm/yarn for Angular).
    • Image management: Managing Docker base images, GitLab Runners, and maintaining the registry.
    • Troubleshooting: Debugging errors directly during the build process

     Orchestration and Kubernetes (K8s)

    • YAML expertise: Creating and tuning complex YAML configurations with a focus on Java application specifics (memory limits, liveness/readiness probes) and Angular.
    • Environment operations: Managing environments in Rancher.
    • Configuration: Installing and configuring K8s clusters, managing SSL certificates, and securing access

    Architecture and modernization

    • Design and development of application architecture (layered / microservices)
    • Refactoring and gradual modernization of legacy systems
    • Technical decision-making focused on scalability, performance and security

     GitOps & Deployment (ArgoCD)

    • End-to-end ownership of ArgoCD (installation, updates, application management).
    • Deploying new versions to production and service environments.
    • Creating documentation for a smooth deployment process.

     Application and system support

    • Superset & SonarQube: Maintenance, updates, Docker image management, and planned migration of static code analysis.
    • Consulting: Problem analysis – identifying whether the issue is in the code (Java/Angular), database, or infrastructure configuration.

     

    Requirements:

    • The position is suitable for candidates with education: secondary education with school-leaving exam, Bachelor’s degree (1st level) Master’s degree (2nd level)
    • Education in the field: IT, technical
    • Language skills: English language – Upper-intermediate (B2)
    • Years of experience: at least 4 years in the DevOps/SRE domain
    • Driving licence: category B

    • Relationship to development: Experience deploying Java (Spring Boot) and Angular applications
    • K8s & Docker: Deep knowledge of writing YAML manifests and effective Dockerfiles

    Analysis and solution design

    • Collection, analysis and validation of business requirements
    • Design of business architecture, logic and process optimization (As-Is / To-Be)
    • Transformation of requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
    • Design of integration scenarios (REST API, microservices)

     Cooperation with IT teams

    • Close cooperation with backend (Java/Spring Boot) and frontend (Angular) teams
    • Consultation of solutions with DevOps (CI/CD, Kubernetes, deployment)
    • Ensuring the feasibility of solutions within the architecture
    • Participation in technical solution design

    Testing and delivery

    • Design of test scenarios and support for UAT testing

    Required education and experience:

    • Tools: Jira, Confluence, Sparx Enterprise Architect
