We are looking for a reliable SOC Operator to monitor security events, perform initial threat analysis, and escalate incidents.

Salary conditions (gross)
from EUR 1,500 to EUR 2,000/month
The actual amount of the basic salary will be adjusted in line with your professional experience, knowledge and skills +20% monthly KPI bonus after the probation period.

- Monitoring security events (Event Management) in the SOC environment.
- Rapid assessment and triage of security incidents, including escalation decisions.
- Escalation of security incidents.
- Basic analysis of logs and security alerts.
- Recording, updating and closing tickets in ITSM tools.
- Compliance with defined processes, work procedures and escalation matrices.
Required education and experience:
- Suitable candidates have the following education: secondary education, first-degree university education, second-degree university education with an IT focus.
- Basic overview of IT security and operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL / ITSM principles.
- Ability to document incidents accurately and consistently,
- English language – technical documentation.
- Excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills.
- Independence, proactive approach and result orientation.
- Language skills: English – B2 level.
- Years of experience: Minimum 3 years.
- Driving licence: Category B
Personal qualities and skills:

Experience working with a ticketing system (e.g. Jira, Service Manager).

Experience with Event Management and Incident Management processes.

Knowledge of or experience with Wazuh and IBM QRadar tools.

Experience in a SOC or IT support environment.
