We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will take responsibility for IT projects from initial planning through to successful delivery to the customer.

Salary conditions (gross)
EUR 2,000/month
The actual amount of the basic salary will be adjusted in line with your professional experience, knowledge and skills + 20% monthly KPI bonus after the probation period.

- Managing projects in terms of time, budget, quality and scope.
- Ensuring project implementation in line with approved schedules and functional specifications.
- Coordinating project team activities and overseeing the fulfillment of project tasks.
- Comprehensive communication with the customer and stakeholders.
- Identifying and resolving project risks and issues.
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation in accordance with the project management methodology.
- Monitoring project implementation progress and regular project status reporting.
- Cooperation in planning the company’s project portfolio.
- Building and developing long-term relationships with customers and partners.
Required education and experience:
- The position is suitable for candidates with the following education: Bachelor's degree, Master's degree in economics or IT, and experience in the field of IT projects is an advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Experience with project and information systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills.
- Independence, a proactive approach and a results-oriented mindset.
- Language skills: English – at least B1 level
- Years of experience: At least 3 years in project management
- Driving licence: Category B
Personal attributes and skills:

Advantage: IPMA C, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP or equivalent certifications.

Knowledge of ITIL and risk management.

Experience in managing complex IT projects.
