HEAD OF THE SLA SOFTWARE DIVISION
 

We are looking for an experienced and energetic team leader who will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from managing and motivating the team to strategic planning and implementation of IT solutions.

What is the job description, what are the responsibilities of the SLA Division Leader in our team?

• Ensures the functioning of the assigned work team in accordance with adopted plans, applicable methodologies and procedures.
• Coordinates the Division staff in ensuring the execution of tasks and performs task control.
• Controls the product and economic execution of the assigned product groups.
• In coordination with the Division Director, Program Office Manager and Division Managers, proposes measures to ensure the economic efficiency of individual assignments and subsequently coordinates and controls their implementation.
• In liaison with the Section Director, defines objectives for the division staff, while ensuring that they are evaluated.
• Checks the reporting of work, performance records and up-to-date technical documentation, and monitors the implementation of corrective measures.
• He proposes optimal solutions, their implementation and coordination within the required quality and deadlines, thus contributing to the company's reputation.
• Ensures the operation and development of the entrusted parts of the information systems and technologies.
• Responsible for the technical solution and the qualitative and quantitative performance of the individual orders and the entrusted work team and himself/herself. Responsible for technical solutions for special customer projects, responsible for planning, coordination, contracting and execution of relevant contracts and business cases.
• Co-responsible for the smooth operation of the division.
• Responsible for (self-)training in the area of his/her expertise and the implementation of the training plan of the entrusted work team.
• Responsible for the protection and security of the personal data concerned of all stakeholders as instructed by the company.
• Carries out managerial, organisational and control tasks within the assigned work team.
• Represents the entrusted work team vis-à-vis the Company's superior units.
• Ensures the operation and development of the entrusted parts of the information systems and technologies.
• Monitors and evaluates trends in individual elements and segments.
• Makes suggestions for improvement and participates in the creation and introduction of new products and services.

Required education and other job qualifications:

• Higher education in a technical field
• Language skills - English - Intermediate (B2)
• Driving license B
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT systems and technologies
