Cybersecurity Manager

Banská Bystrica, Slovakia, with the possibility of partial home office after the probation period and once mutual trust has been established.

Salary conditions gross
from EUR 2 000 to EUR 2 500 per month
The actual base salary will be adjusted according to your professional experience, knowledge and skills, plus a monthly KPI bonus of 20% after the probation period.

As a Cybersecurity Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing the cybersecurity and information security system
- Identifying and managing security risks
- Cooperating with clients on the implementation of security measures
- Supervising compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, including Act No. 69/2018, Decree No. 227/2025 and, where applicable, ISO 27001
- Managing security incidents and cooperating with IT teams and external partners
- Creating internal security policies
Required Education and Experience:
- The position is suitable for candidates with: A university degree, Bachelor’s or Master’s level, in IT or cybersecurity
- Knowledge of security standards and frameworks, such as ISO 27001, Act No. 69/2018, Decree No. 227/2025 and other related regulations
- Experience in risk and incident management
- Relevant certifications, such as Certified Cybersecurity Manager, CISM, CISA, CISSP or similar, are an advantage
- English language skills at intermediate level, B2
- At least 3 years of experience in information security or cybersecurity
- Category B driving licence
