To ensure quality and effective communication the Technical support department at GAMO operates customers call centre, which coordinate all activities related with technical support and significantly facilitate the first contact with the customer.
Technical support department, which we build since the establishment of GAMO, provides following services:
- maintenance provided at customer's site (contractual maintenance, special services, simply repairs. etc.)
- maintenance provided in GAMO by remote administration
- shop maintenance performed in GAMO
