The strategy of GAMO, joint stock company is orientation to provide such solutions and services, which brings improvement of each customer’s competitive ability in conditions of global market and competition.
The history of GAMO, joint stock company has began in February 1991, when GAMO, Ltd. company was established. Since 1999, after years of successful operation the company was transformed into the present form of the joint-stock company. Since the beginning of a joint stock company GAMO has built its position as relevant partner of each customer. A partner, who can implements the most progressive products and solutions and a partner, who can develops and support already existing systems.
GAMO has profiled itself as a provider of complex solution on Slovak IT market. Because of perfect knowledge of the implementations products and systems we are able to offer optimal hardware platforms, design and realize integrated IT infrastructure including all security aspects. The ability to develop and realize complex solution (IS integrating different independent subsystems into one complex homogeneous entity) on this base of technology is our power force. Technical support, accomplished service and versatile spectrum of training and certification services are the matter of course for us.
That’s why we are not only a supplier, but we have also become a sure-enough partner and our customers can focus themselves on their own core business. Company‘s milestones 1991 - 2006:
1991
On the last day of February, GAMO electronic – an association (then called consortium) of physical entities – is created. In October the consortium is transformed to GAMO, Company Limited.
The company has seven members of the consortium and two new employees. The managers negotiate the direct deliveries of computer components for the Czechoslovak market in Taiwan.
After the division of the Czechoslovak Republic the conditions on the market have been changed. GAMO focuses their attention on the Slovak market. On the first time GAMO gives a good account of themselves in the COFAX expo in Bratislava, in autumn GAMO organises Lannet – a specialized conference dealing with computer networks.
Since January 1st, 1999 GAMO have acted as the joint-stock company, originated from initial Limited company on the market.
Implementation of the process management techniques during years 2001 and 2002 was completed in November 2002. GAMO achieved the quality management system certificate according to ISO 9001:2000, which covered design, development, production, implementation, technical support, trainings and consultations in the area of Informational Technology.
