To all our customers we offer to provide technical support with fixing time depending by their requirements

Všetkým zákazníkom ponúkame technickú podporu s dobou odstránenia poruchy podľa ich požiadaviek.
Contractual maintenance can cover prophylactics of servers, PCs, network, printers, or other IT equippment. For customers with defined range of services and specific level of its providing (SLA agreement) we have created web interface - integrated HelpDesk (available only in Slovak language).

Services department, buil in GAMO, offers following range of maintenance services::

  • maintenance provided at customer's site (contractual maintenance, special services, simply repairs. etc.)
  • maintenance provided in GAMO by remote administration
  • shop maintenance performed in GAMO

As the authorized service partner of HP, IBM and other vendors we are able to provide warranty and post-warranty maintenance for IT equippment. We can also repair other IT products, such as printers, monitors, ... from producers EPSON, Manesman Tally, Canon, Lexmark, Hansol, LG,...

If you have your device in our service department, you can inform yourself about the status of repair (available only in Slovak language)



To ensure quality and effective communication the Technical support department at GAMO operates customers call centre, which coordinate all activities related with technical support and significantly facilitate the first contact with the customer. It is available on working days from 7:30 up to 15:45
